Poster sessions

The Poster Sessions will take place in the Benedetto XIII area, near the main hall for morning sessions and the canteen.

There will be two sessions: the first (PS1) from 11.30 am to 13.30 pm (presence of authors required from 12.45 to 13.30 pm) on monday and tuesday; the second (PS2) on wednesday and thursday from 11.30 am to 13.30 pm (presence of authors required from 12.45 to 13.30 pm).

These two sessions are an extremely important part of this conference and will take place just after the morning coffee-breaks and before lunch.

Posters have to be installed on monday 10.30-11.30 am (PS1) and on wednesday 10.30-11.30 am (PS2), removed by authors before wednesday 10.30 am (PS1) and before friday 10.30 am (PS2). Posters not removed in due time by authors may be removed and destroyed by organization without prior notice.

Further instructions for posters preparation:

• Each poster board is 92 cm wide by 2.00 m high going down to the ground.
• The logo of the XAFS14 conference to be placed in the posters header can be found here
• Posters are attached using scotch tape (provided).
